There was no logic. This move was taken straight out of the “how to destroy a share price’s momentum” textbook.
The SP was performing so strong, had management just sat on their hands and did nothing the next 2 weeks the SP probably would have taken care of itself and gone to at least 8c. Then all the big announcements we had could have taken it to 15c - 20c. Could have raised then, minimal dilution. Everyone is happy
it’s truely a mind-boggling move. I really can’t believe it. They could have waited a month!
Tell you what management: show me 10MT in reserves and an NPV of $700mil and I’ll forget the whole thing
