I totally agree Henrikc, at the time I could not believe how easily other shareholders sold out.

That episode made me an opponent of the Scheme of Arrangement in takeover situations. Totally crap that a takeover can be compulsory without the bidding company getting 90% or more of the target.

Needless to say that I voted against the Scheme.
