Agree with you strongly. Had two other major upcoming holdings hit by inquiries on delayed communications that have cost me dearly with people previously waxing lyrical about great management before this so I expect rules to be followed! The article specifically pointed out that that the US is concerned about ANY level of chinese ownership. No ASX stock will stop Chinese investment which can happen in a number of ways not in the way the Pentagon is obviously seeking a hundred percent assurance on. Wish they would just buyout this company .
