    very few houses for sale around here. Price are flat so nobody has any good reason to sell, so they don't. Prices are flat so nobody has any good reason to "upsize" to fancier houses, so they dont.
    Last five years, about 3 houses turned over in this street each year. In eleven months so far this year, none.
