    Damn i did miss that
    HTA= 50% VHA.
    so depending on what value HTA put on the VHA component of their company,
    will decide what consolidation happens for HTA holders.

    Although from our (TPG) Side the math is as calculated
    Plus - Special Dividend
    Plus - Singapore

    Something near 9$ in total -- not a bad investment IMO
