in 1929 the bottom was called several times before the actual bottom 3 years later, these events happen so seldom that you will only see them most likely once in a lifetime, thank goodness but to see a market lose 90% of its value must be quite a shock !! i am seeing already lots of individual stocks that have lost 90% of there value now.
