what the board did to ABS is bordering on the criminal. The administrators found in less than a week 40 % of the childcare centres are not profitable. why the board could not do that or tell us investors about the state of affairs . They knew the compnay was insolvent months prior but opted not to tell intentionally. they should be prosecuted.
