Perhaps the 'third part' has gone away and they will now proceed with Liberdade as originally intended - hence the cap raising now?

Either way I will participate if invited to as I still see this as full of promise for next year and beyond.

The short term is poor for many (most) but an overall recovery is an absolute certainty - timing is the question.

I'll stay with a med/long focus for CUR and not be too irritrated with the short term volatility and what might have been analysis.
