How do travel company bankruptcies effect FLT ?
Using Hertz announcement of bankruptcy over the weekend as an example, I'd imagine FLT would have a lot of bookings where the customer has paid FLT and FLT has paid Hertz. FLT is unlikely to see that money back but what are their obligation to the customer, who wears the loss ?
Hertz might be a small(ish) problem but what about Virgin or if some of the US airlines / cruise lines go under, which you'd imagine is at least inevitable for a few of them ?
