Hey buddy, it didn't stack because the resource was resource was tiny, they always knew there were other deposits within their tenement, their strategy was to hopefully get the Processing Plant up and running, produce gold and fund future exploration with the free cashflow. The 100K oz resource they had in 2016 wasn't enough.
Game plan changed, now, numerous deposits have been discovered, resource likely to be in excess of 1 Moz and pretty much a guarantees to recommission the Processing Plant.
Regarding the RXL Grace Deposit, they have a Process Plant at youanmi on Care & Maintenance, Also, its about 82Km from our project, don't think cartage is going to be very feasible.
We simply need to Merge with AME and based on the likely output of the processing plant, you have a 20yr + LOM operation. It'd cost AME a minimum $40-50 Million in capital cost to construct a brand new processing plant, infrastructure, utilities and amenities! They probably have the resource to justify the construction of one, but it'd be complete stupidity. Not sure which direction the Take-over will go, but IMO, eventually, there will be a merger! Just makes so much sense, especially, if based on a fair valuation!
