Irrespective of the price of commodities , Mel is still responsible for doing his job which is to make sure the company has trouble free operations , meet production targets, contractor management , less production interruptions,Less maintenance issues , making company to deliver on what he has promised to the market like Achieving high grade production and low cost operations and filling the mill.
i have not even mentioned increasing the cash in the bank after 10 quarters into production.
Two years ago I was told here that every company goes through teething issues In the beginning and after 4th to 5th quarter this will be running like a well oiled machine . Lol after 10 quarters into production it has been anything but All we have seen is One disaster after another and all we have heard is one excuse after another.

for some of you it seems like if Mel comes and pee on your bed you will defend him by saying “ well it’s not entirely his fault he had to pee somewhere”

I have always wondered what is Mel kpi’ed against and how is his performance assessed ? After so many poor quarters it is amazing how he has managed to keep his job .
