Almost all SPPs have been like that of late. It makes me think that there is a huge amount of cash waiting on the sidelines and wanting the right entry point. Bet we all wish that we bought more a couple of months ago.
In terms of dilution, managements argument that retail holders were not diluted is fair enough, but they are cutting it a bit fine. Traitionally SPPs are much better than fair for the retail holders. This is one of the weaker offers for retial holders that I have seen.
