Yeah sure City beach has not plunged
and yes the cheapest house I know if in the area on the market is just down the road
They want between $1.1 and $1.2mil, it has been on the market for 12 months and started at $1.5 to 1.6mil
and was 12 months ago one of if not the cheapest hose on the market in the area
3 doors down from that house is another one on the market for $1.375mil, the price would have been well in excess of $1.8, 12 to 18 months ago the asking price would have been $1.8
As for Alkimos
yes it is 40 km north od Perth, as I have already stated, but 16 km from Joondalup, Which 20 years ago was considered to far out
BUT 15Km SOUTH of Yanchep where only a week or so ago blocks were snapped up in a land sale
And the reason they are building a satalite city as they did with Joondalup is because it is further out and the need to provide services and facilities
As for Mandurah and Rockingham, if you could read, you would know, the reason for mentioning it was that like Hervey Bay in Queensland which is about 400Km from Brisbane, 2 years ago both were reported as being the fastest growing areas in Australia
