A few S.P.P. I have noted and not participated in failed to raised the money. My view on this is:
- a lot of you are smarter than average already holding RHC,
- Smarter than some who hold RHC as you took the new shares at the market discount and:
- now RHC has a little more capital to pay with it will do as it has done for us for a long time and make very good use of it to our benefit.
Not suggesting the scale back is fantastic but it is clearly a huge vote of confidence
