I can't see any property bulls around. There are those that have invested in property over time and are happy with those investments, but how many of them are seriously out in the market now, actively buying a property?
Anyone doing that is a property bull; everyone else is something else.
So how many property investors are seriously out their buying property; not trye kickers; not those planning to buy property next year; but those who are seriously searching for a property now because they are thinking if they don't get in now then the prices will relentlessly rise.
Maybe Warnie, but from what I've read lately, there ain't too many out their to buy. Sure, they'll talk up previous buys etc, but a bull would be out there buying now.
