As a comment the original post is a little confusing, and has been cut and pasted from the Intelligent Investor Q&A with the first paragraph being a question and the second paragraph being the analysts answer.
For what its worth they have a buy recommendation on it at the moment so the answer is rationalising the current pricing and risk.
