Advertisers were almost finalised a year ago. Get in when advertisers HAVE been finalised. Afterall, as LUM was touted as going over $1 when it was around 70c, surely there'll be plenty of time to get in before it reaches that.
Some stocks you take chances on, others that haven't delivered but still have potential, its best to wait for those elusive deals. VTI's another perfect example of a stock that fits in this category.
