Melua, yes you are right about the problems created by voting out the management contract with BNB. I didnt realise that. Its almost criminal what BNB got away with when they floated BBI and other sattelites.
Anyway, the sp is so cheap today I can only think what has been said before. That is ....BBI is either the deal of the century at current prices , or , we will all be rooned.
It is a shame that no detailed analysis has been done to show their present position regarding asset values, asset sales, cashflow, interest payable , debt maturity etc etc.
You are right about analysts. It is the herd mentality.
