I have been paying attention to passives posts. And he is not currently going to buy property. So I assume that he is happy with his current position but is not adding to it. So I don't think that you can classify him as a bull. Sorry passive for talking about you, no doubt you will say what you want about this.
Remember, my definition of someone who is really a property bull is someone who is out in the market now. They are the ones that seriously believe that property is on the rise.
The others are something else. They may own investments properties; they may become property bulls again next year or the year after. I don't know. But when someone comes on this forum and says that they have just bought a property; then we have a bull.
