Liquidity has been a huge factor keeping instos out but I have tended to discount it with his previous CR and this larger one aimed specifically at the sophs and hopefully some instos. But I do know that many instos do not like payout ratios that are too high as they see them as possibly stunting growth due to not holding reserves. However as I have said David has shown over many years that he can grow and still payout extraordinary high dividend ratios which I have to admit was the reason I first was attracted to research the company. I am with you I am hoping he will take all or most of the CR offered. I am eyeing off the arbitrage.
