Thanks for posting this link. There is alot of misunderstanding on HC (including on my part) about who determines whether an announcement is price sensitive. Additional to what you say, the note makes clear that there are many types of announcements that must be designated price sensitive. In my experience MSB has always exercised good judgment when it comes to what is and is not price senstive. It's a mark of good corporate governance. My confidence in management has steadily increased over the last couple of years. Cheers.
