Question is, why would anyone need to multi-nic when trying to talk up property prices??? Hmmm maybe because he knows he's wrong for sure and needs to sure up support lol???
Anyhow, I don't think anyone disagree's that property prices ALL over Australia IS decreasing as we speak, the only guess is how long this will last and how far they'll go down??? I'm tipping 30% and somewhere in the order of another 12-24 months (most likely near the latter) of continued downward pressure on property prices.
