    aggressive exploration..
    market cap 7.5 millions
    proxy for meetings ok
    issue of options in lieu..of fees to directors..
    issue of shares in lieu..
    my opinion only
    ADX is a cyclical stock
    in a good stable..
    and think is due for a pump soon..
