First post.
I was just having a look NEC Quarterly Report for end Sept.
Wonder if I am reading it right that they haven't got a lot of infrastructure as yet, particularly port facilities? Also the Joint Venture parts seem a bit rubbery?
Anyone else have any thoughts on this?
