"At last year's AGM they said that they would only sign MOU's in the future if they were confident that the MOU would result into an agreement"
why else would you sign them ? have they signed them in the past 'without' confidence, and if that was the case, why announce ..... I think we know those reasons....
...such a ridiculous comment basically confirms everything I think of this company.
