Good to be back.
I will have too reserve my thoughts re your question. With that said I will indeed make reference of the same with my legal team when we next meet.

The Creditors are deciding the fate of the company on the 17th. However, I still find it interesting that the Administrators are accepting the Directors pro ported claim to be a set of Creditors, especially since there has not been any shareholders meeting re the convertible notes.

Canberra is currently waiting out the situation before adopting a position re the Administrators and ASIC. I wouldn't want to be outside the line of the goal posts when a decision is made. But that is what insurance for I presume.

According to my sources, it has been suggested by many eminently more qualified persons than myself to the Administrators that they could seek funding from the courts if they consider there are some issues outstanding re the company accounts or about the recorded actions of the Directors (Past and Present)in promoting the activities or otherwise of OZB.

Regardless, This is a process that we must doggedly pursue now that the red flag has been raised dragging some of us to court. Now that I have been forced into the fray against a jolly bounder with my hands are tied pending legal action for defamation, I'd better watch my P&Q's
