    Hi Kimu, it is the pro-rata formula that the company have decided upon. Effectively what it means is that if you hold say 7000 shares you will be able to apply for 5000 shares in the offer. By taking the offer up, it will help in maintaining a similar percentage holding in the company to what you held pre-cap raise now allowing for dilution.
