Tls is still a great co,its just now half a great co imo only thks to penn.
As posted,i have never posted negative posts re tls's network ie mobile and lets include sea cable (who is responsible penn or nikos or both).But thats half the business/profit.What happened to the other half?ie the $3.5b revenue/cost reduction compensation agreement?
