Unfortunately to be noteworthy, highly liquid and relatively credible in the market ( I would include the international markets) having instos on your register is a better proposition. I do agree that often the instos get a better go than shareholders and it can be frustrating when loyal LT holders are scaled back when it appears that instos are not . However I think the instos are scaled when too many apply when the offer is open to sophs only or aimed at several so they do not always get what they want either. I think when all aspects of their involvement are considered the advantages would outweigh the disdavantages - all IMO.
