    So LNGL is selling Maggie to it's own subsidiary (Magnolia LNG)?

    Is this the 'management buyout' that has been discussed here?

    (BTW, I no longer hold this silly stock, but I stupidly recommended it to others who still own it, so I'm still hanging around...).
