Wonder if management can spend more time on an update on the gold projects.?
The uranium price has risen to $34 /pound & recent news says a supply crunch could push it highet soon. Maybe management is concerned about rumours of a takeover? Why else would they take it to the takeover board at ASX ? The way I remember other companies doing similar things is ; large news share holders can be allowed to launch an official takeover offer or make their position known to the market every 3 months, or something like that. A takeover could be on the cards * we don't know if anyone is breaking the rules or getting a caution by ASX.
Anyway, major new shareholder/s and groups of shareholders are entitled to seek a seat on the board of directors, or seek a takeover. Happens all the time.
