Whilst you may well be correct generally why would someone borrow 150,000 shares eg loaned out out figure to satisfy their tax loss given this has gone on for at least 8 weeks now. As mentioned I see it positively in this case and like you will add. There is nothing not to like here PC is an excellent operator he has a very good crew a ( imo) deposit(s) verging on tier 1 as well as a shrewd move into tethyan/Serbia. Checked London seems a similar pattern eg 66p-69p range period.
as you say always easy to overthink however the figures are there.
