In hind site this was to help Bank Swiss sell MT K to sell warents a document like this needs to be released publickly. what folowed
Warrents sold on April 26, Aug 2. Aug 9 Aug 11 AUG 15 AUG 17 Sept 19 there is more but that is enough.


Now we have another informative document being released Just before the quiet period. (the march document was in the quite period). i think something is about to happen and they needed to give this info to someone, To avoid any conflict of interest they released it publicly. I have stated in other post what I think it will be but I will leave it to each person to decide if I am crazy and if not what it is.

Just for record I think it was a good thing that Warrants were exercised. Just speculating that something is going to happen probably before end of Q. We will see I have been wrong before.
