I thought the information on the Waverly mine was fascinating. I have read many books on the history of the area and never seen those facts and figures. I have seen the map done by E. Whitelaw circa 1905. Guys just to be clear, it seems the first 4 holes struck deeper than expected workings. They would be hand workings up to 55 metres depth. The holes 5 and 6 have intersected the narrow dyke which is offset by the looks under 100 metres depth. So they have an idea now on how it wobbles and shoots underground. Hole 7 and beyond will hold much more information as will be all (or mostly) dyke.
