Thanks for the document -however it does not deal with ring fencing of information.

It also does not deal with the situation whereby the ASX Compliance Team wishes to release to the market communications with an entity, that may contained commercially sensitive information or scurrilous or unproven claims.

JK and ISX cleary do not have confidence that ASX and its 65 strong compliance team can keep their mouths shut if they are provided with sensitive information. I don't either.

And finally - it appears that Kevin Lewis is not following this policy either - unless he thinks it doesnt apply to him!
