Taking this one step further, where is this guy off to when he leaves the building. Does the ASX have a stringent and diligent enough system in place for exiting employees who have been privy to confidential and commercially sensitive information during the course of their employment? It's not enough to simply put someone on 'gardening leave' for, say, three months and hope that that cures the ills. They have to be effectively quarantined insofar as confidential information attained in the course of their employment that may be of benefit elsewhere is concerned.
