one minute you saying it feels like the bottom the next you are not
the fact of the matter is that governments and reserve banks have just fed a whole lot of stimulus packages into the markets, shored up the banking system and cut interest rates around the world.
those measures may work or they may not
there is only one fact out there...they will take a bit of time to have any impact on the economy
