Many of the SI's will dump their shares at anything that gives them an average above the CR purchase price. This drives price back down to (and often a bit below) the CR price. Other SHs anticipate it happenning too and sell with the intention of buying back cheaper to increase their holding or profit while retaining (by buying back) the same number of shares. Happens a lot.
