I mean if the Heavy Rare Earth project is going ahead like many believe then it's better to Start Drilling & get the SP back above 1c THEN do a CR.

But instead, they are doing the CR now at this Low SP Level & Dilute more for Shareholders, Doesn't make much sense when we still have $1.5Million in Bank WHY CR NOW Management, Why?

You guys haven't Drill or done anything since 2018.

But No mention at all in the last Quarterly about Starting Drilling ..... one of the worst quarterly.
