    i assume you were expecting CUO to rally as well today?

    unless this debt refinancing is sorted i cant see a rally happening anytime soon... how the company can omit any talk of refinancing from its announcements and sit in silence is beyond me... the market doesn't forget these things and it doesnt instill a lot of confidence...
