Hi Sems. I also applied online and I also participated in my top holdings CR (INA). There seems to be a new way how companies go about the admin part of CR's. It was easy to download the application form and then BPay the funds, but as per today I haven't received my allocation yet.

I was told that options won't be listed and a copy of the conversion form can be downloaded once DGR SP reaches a level where a conversion makes sense. Hopefully soon.

I don't want to end up with another worthless pile of options sitting somewhere down near the Brisbane River @ Eagle Street. (ANW options from a previous disaster)
