Top-Pick, I'm not sure I agree with you, but grab yourself one of these baby boomer houses. Grab one in a good location and rent it out for the next ten years, see most of these so call baby boomer homes are on large blocks. Ten years time subdivide the block and build two homes. Sell the houses or rent them both out. You just cant add value like that to your share portfolio, you rely on other people to make the decisions for you. Now if you don't like making decisions then shares are good but if you have flair and talent it's amazing what value you can add to property.
