1. They Move on (we was robbed by Conoco!)
2. They Embrace Change ( 2016: We welcome Woodside to the JV)
3. They dont waste energy on things they cant control (The shareprice will look after itself!)
4. They are kind (sack the low wage workers in the field to save cash) fair (Executive pay cut?) and unafraid to speak up (cricket sounds )
5. Willing to take (mis)calculated risks (with other peoples money)
6. They celebrate other peoples success (because they will not be successful themselves)
