People seem to forget that this Management group are paid handsomely to PERFORM.
They are the Managers and Insiders of this company. If they perform well, not only are they rewarded with high salaries, but they are also rewarded with Bonus shares.
Whilst Shareholders are the outsiders, who based their investment decision on, who is managing the company and the Assets the company holds. They expect their Managers to perform by adding value to their Investment.
Shareholders are the owners. And Managers are the Employees.
From time to time, the Owners are entitled to review the performance of their Employees.
If they find their Employees were Not performing and was wasting away their Investment resources (their money), they are entitled to sack them and replace with better qualified staff.
Why should the Owners of the company keep paying MILLIONS of DOLLARS to staff who are NOT PERFORMING?!?
