This is one of the most p@theticly run E & P companies in history IMHO - just gravy train salaries - unmployable any where else.
Project financing for this tiddler with no other assets - the hooch must be pretty good over in Senegal is all I can say.
WPL will play these people to a break under the JV cash calls!
