Million dollar question Les I guess.
I'm in Melb and really only know this City a bit. I really like Chadstone & Ashwood and they've already come down 50-100k since Dec 07 already.
For an up and coming area, I like St Albans, Deer Park, Braybrook, Oak Park and a few others.
I am keeping a very close eye on things am ready to jump at the right time straight away.
What do you like in Melb?
