On a side note, does WA run a grants (or subsidised lending) programme for supporting key industries that need start up capital?
I remember Beach getting grants like this to drill in the Cooper, and others for geothermal (which died a slow death).
Victoria has had programmes like this in the past.
Just wondering whether this might also pave the way for some development capital?
