New Shares under the Plan will be issued at 4.25 cents each which is a 24.7% discount to the volume weighted
average market price (as defined in the Listing Rules) of Shares calculated over the last 5 days on which sales in
the Shares were recorded on the ASX prior to the date of announcement of the Plan. The SPP issue price of 4.25
cents per New Share is less than the highest market price of 5.8 cents per Share in the 30 day period prior to
announcement of the Plan.
