As Wenty pointed out earlier however, there is a finite limit on how much we can issue in new shares per year. We have a maximum tolerance of around 30 million extra shares on top (I need to find Wenty's post to fact check this so don't take the figure as gospel) ASSUMING this was ok which might not be and they could just say "No more shares being issued, SPP closed".
