what people seem to be saying is that for a clean lateral of length 6,000 ft wholly in the producing zone, we might reasonably see 1,600 bpd + 5mmcuftpd. That's about US$100k pd after royalty. That must be pay back in about 4 months.
I am assuming that the JVPs share revenues in their cost-sharing ratio until well costs are recovered. That may not be correct but that seems to have been the arrangement for EME's other projects in the US.
